How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in to the same Apple Account, open Keyhand, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro subscription or lifetime unlock comes back straight away.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Keyhand and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do backups work?

Keyhand keeps everything on your device. In Settings, tap Back up all projects to save one file with every project, photo and plan to iCloud Drive or anywhere in the Files app. To restore, tap Restore from backup and pick that file.

My plan is a DWG file. How do I import it?

Keyhand imports PDF and DXF plans. Open the DWG in your CAD software and export it as DXF (ASCII) or PDF, then open the project, tap Floor plans and import the file from Files.

Dictation is not working.

Keyhand needs Microphone and Speech Recognition permission. Open iPhone Settings, scroll to Keyhand and switch both on. Recognition runs on the device where supported, so it also works without a signal.

How do I export and send a report?

Open the project, tap the menu button and choose Create PDF report for the client, or Export spreadsheet (CSV) for the builder. Then send it by Mail, Messages or AirDrop, or save it to Files.

Can I add inspections to my calendar?

Yes. When you book an inspection, keep Add to iPhone Calendar switched on. Keyhand only asks to add events and never reads your calendar.

Where are my photos and projects stored?

Only on your device. There is no Keyhand server or account, so nothing is uploaded unless you share, export or back up yourself.
