On-device AI suggestions
Take a photo and Keyhand suggests a title, trade, severity and a short note. Tap Apply or ignore it; your own text is never overwritten. Private AI that runs on your iPhone: no server, the photo never leaves the device.
A report for every trade
One tap creates a separate PDF for each trade or subcontractor, with only their items, and shares them all at once. Electricians get electrics, painters get paint.
Before and after photos
Add an After photo when a snag is fixed. The report shows Before and After side by side, so the re-inspection is clear at a glance.
Date and time stamps
Every photo in the PDF carries the date and time it was taken, ready for deposit or warranty disputes. On by default, switch off in report settings; originals are never changed.

Does Keyhand need a signal on site?
No. Everything works fully offline: capture, plans, markup and PDF export all happen on the device.
Do I need an account?
No account, no sign-up, no server. Open the app and start your first inspection.
What does the free version include?
One project with up to 10 items, one photo per item and one report with a small Keyhand watermark. Floor plans, photo markup, voice notes, scheduling, CSV export, backups and your own logo and signature come with Pro.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Add your logo and signature and they appear on every report you export.
Which plan formats can I import?
PDF and DXF. If you have a DWG, export it to DXF or PDF from your CAD tool first.
Where are my photos stored?
Only on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing leaves the device unless you share, export or back it up yourself.
