KeyhandTerms of Use
1. Licence agreement
Keyhand (the "App") is developed by Hakan Emin, an independent developer. Your use of the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with these terms. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
2. Free reports and Keyhand Pro
The free version includes one project, up to 10 items, one photo per item and one report carrying a Keyhand watermark. All other features and unlimited use require Keyhand Pro, available as:
- Monthly subscription: US$6.99 per month
- Yearly subscription: US$55.99 per year
- Lifetime: US$99.99, one-time purchase
Prices may vary by country and are shown in your local currency in the App Store before you buy.
3. Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Your content and professional responsibility
You own everything you create in the App. The App is a tool to record and present your findings; it does not provide inspection, building or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your inspections and reports and for keeping your own backups.
5. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is", as described in the Standard EULA. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in the UK, Australia or elsewhere.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
